Candis Almond recently joined the Reliabank team as the Human Resource Director. She is a Castlewood, SD native who received a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of South Dakota. Following graduation, she moved to Sioux Falls with husband, Reece Almond.
Candis comes to the bank with 10 years’ experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employee benefits, compensation, and management coaching.
Outside of work, you can find her socializing on the golf course, kayaking the Big Sioux, testing new recipes, and planning for the next travel adventure.
